Data Deletion Policy

Introduction
When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram Business account to Feedlytics ('we', 'us', 'our'), we use Meta's official APIs to power the Social Analytics features of our platform. This page explains what we store and how you can have it deleted.
What we store
For a connected account, we cache only what's needed to show you analytics:
- An encrypted access token for your Page (stored encrypted at rest, never shared).
- Your Page/Instagram posts and their public engagement counts (likes, comments, reach).
- Public comments on your posts, and the sentiment/topic labels we derive from them.
- Aggregated daily metrics such as follower counts and ratings.
We never post anything without your explicit review and approval.
How to delete your data
You can delete all of this data in any of the following ways:
- Disconnect inside Feedlytics. Go to Restaurant → Integrations → Disconnect. This immediately revokes and deletes the stored access token and removes the cached posts, comments, sentiment labels, and metrics associated with your account.
- Remove Feedlytics from Facebook. In Facebook go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, find Feedlytics, and remove it. This revokes our access to your Page and Instagram data.
- Email us. Send a request to support@feedlytics.xyz from the email on your account and we will delete all associated Facebook and Instagram data within 30 days and confirm once complete.
