Loyalty Account & Data Deletion Policy

Introduction
Feedlytics Loyalty ('we', 'us', 'our') is a guest loyalty program — digital stamp cards, referrals, and points & rewards — that restaurants and other businesses offer to their guests. This policy explains what information we hold about you as a loyalty member, and how you can permanently delete your account and all associated data.
This policy applies to guest/member accounts created through Feedlytics Loyalty (via a business's stamp card, referral link, or rewards sign-up). It is separate from our general Privacy Policy, which governs our website and business dashboard, and our Data Deletion Policy, which covers Facebook/Instagram data connected by businesses using our Social Analytics features.
What Information We Collect
When you join a business's loyalty program through Feedlytics, we may collect and store:
- Your name, phone number, and/or email address, used to identify your account and send you updates.
- Your digital stamp card progress and redemption history.
- Your points balance, tier status, and points earning/redemption history.
- Referral links associated with your account and the referrals you've made.
- Your visit history and transaction data shared with us by the participating business.
- Device and usage data (such as IP address and browser type) needed to operate the loyalty experience securely.
How We Use Your Information
We use this information solely to operate the loyalty program on behalf of the business you interact with, including:
- Tracking and displaying your stamp card, points, and tier progress.
- Processing reward redemptions and referral bonuses.
- Sending you transactional messages (such as "you've earned a reward") and, where you've opted in, promotional messages from the business.
- Preventing fraud and abuse of the loyalty system.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties other than the business operating the loyalty program and the service providers that help us run our platform (e.g. hosting and messaging providers), each bound by confidentiality obligations.
How to Delete Your Account and Data
You can request permanent deletion of your Feedlytics Loyalty account and all associated data in any of the following ways:
- From your loyalty account. Open the loyalty page or wallet pass for the business, tap Account → Delete My Account, and confirm. This immediately and permanently deletes your stamp card, points balance, tier status, referral history, and personal information from our systems.
- Ask the business directly. You may ask the restaurant or business whose loyalty program you joined to submit a deletion request to us on your behalf.
- Email us. Send a request to support@feedlytics.xyz from the email or phone number associated with your loyalty account, including the name of the business you joined. We will verify your identity and delete all associated data within 30 days, and confirm once complete.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, any unredeemed stamps, points, or rewards tied to your account are forfeited, and rejoining the program will start a new account from zero.
Data We May Retain
After deletion, we may retain a minimal record for a limited period where required to:
- Comply with legal, tax, or accounting obligations (e.g. redeemed reward transaction records).
- Prevent fraud, such as maintaining a record that a given device or contact detail was used to abuse referral rewards.
- Resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
Any data retained for these purposes is kept only as long as necessary and is not used for any other purpose.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.
